Description:
Hard coated Low-E glass is made by coating the glass with a thin metallic oxide layer at the end of tin bath during the float glass process. The coating is basically burned with the glass surface at a temperature around 600℃. The coating is durable and have long shelf-life. The emissivity of this coated glass is 0.15-0.25 and can provide energy efficient functions for windows, doors, curtain walls, etc.
Product Feature:
1. Low emissivity down to 0.15;
2. Can be used monolithically;
3. Can be tempered (flat or curved);
4. Can be laminated on #2 & #4 surface;
5. Can be insulated on #2 and/or #4 surface;
6. Can be printed;
